Company description
Cobb Hill Construction, Inc., a Concord, NH based firm, was founded in 1986 as a residential remodeling company. In addition to our design-build experience, over the past five years Cobb Hill has also worked in the construction management (CM) format on a number of million dollar projects in the medical, hospitality and historic preservation areas.
Our current staff is approximately 25 employees: 9 office, 4 project management, 6 Supervisors and 6 or more carpenters, laborers, and technicians.
Our company has a very active and progressive safety program both for our own employees and subcontractors and we are a Green Building Council and Energy Star Partner.
A few of the more notable projects we have done are: Capitol Center for the Arts, NH Visiting Nurses Association Hospice House, American Red Cross building and Capital Commons, just to name a few.
