Post and beam house built in traditional Cape style in 200 acre forest powered by 1.0 kilowatt solar panels, gas stove, refrigerator, hot water (instantaneous), with organic gardens and llamas. Off the grid for 18 years.

Directions to Property

From the North Rt 89 South to Rt 9/202 into Stoddard. Pass rt 123 North and South. We are the next street on the right-Juniper hill Rd. Turn right-take 1/2 mile to sign on left (Daniel Upton State Forest). Turn left. Go 1/2 mile to house. From the South Rt 9 East to Stoddard. Turn onto Juniper Hill Rd after Mr. Mike's. Follow directions above.
