General Information

White 18th century cape with many original features as well as later improvements and addition. For many years a seasonal home and now occupied year round. The existing oil fired warm air system has had a closed loop Waterfurnace Geothermal Heatpump added with vertical shaft bores for loop piping. The oil furnace remains as supplemental heat when needed and as a backup heat system that can be operated from a new generator.

Directions to Property

From Keene take Rt 9 East through East Sullivan then approximately 1 mile take exit for Nelson and Harrisville. At the bottom of the ramp go right on Old Rt 9 and then the next left following signs for Harrisville and Nelson. Follow about 2 miles into Nelson Village. Immediatly after the Church (on left) where the paved road bears sharply to the right, stay straight onto Old Stoddard Road. The house about 200 yards on the left at the bottom of the hill. It is a white cape with detached garage.
