Mary Downes is Energy Efficiency Specialist at the NH Office of Energy and Planning providing assistance to State agencies as they work to achieve the Governor's 2005 Executive Order mandate to reduce energy use in state-owned buildings and fleets by 10%. Since early 2009, Mary has also been working to develop and implement State Energy Program initiatives funded by the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act, which brings her into regular contact with the business community.
