Exhibitor Information / Policies
- You must be on-site and set up Saturday morning before the start of the conference (8 am)
- There is no electric power available
- Renewably powered booths are encouraged
- NHSEA will provide exhibitors with a table and two chairs
- Preference is given to sustainable products and services
- Cancellation requires 30 day notice and 20% cancellation fee – less than 30 days, no refund

*Valid through September 30, 2010. Beginning October 1, 2010 add $25
Exhibitor spaces include 2 passes.
Additional passes for exhibit booth workers only may be purchased in advance for a special rate of $40

Schedule for Home Energy Conference 2010
The building will be open for exhibitor set up at 7 am the day of the conference. All vendors and exhibitors are expected to be set-up in time for general registration by 8 am. The conference ends at 4:30 pm.
Program Advertising
300 copies of our festival program are printed in late October. The complete program will also be available electronically by email, and on our website.
Advertising Rates
1/4 page $75 [2" high x 5" wide]
1/2 page $120 [4" high x 5" wide]
Full page $200 [8" high x 5" wide]
Advertising Deadline: October 15, 2010 (NO ads will be accepted after this date!)
