NH Sustainable Energy Association’s Home Energy Conference is an opportunity for people of diverse backgrounds and interests to spend a day together and use our collective intelligence to bring NH closer deeper into the new energy economy, by sharing ideas about energy efficient design and the use of sustainable technologies.

This call is for 90 minute sessions to be held on Saturday November, 20 2010. Conference sessions are held simultaneously in four learning tracks:

Sessions must be rich with professional content. Opposing views or debates are welcome in the same session. Presenters should be expected to be challenged by participants in the questions or conversation. Some portion of the session should engage participants.    

Conference sessions can have single or multiple presenters. Panel presentations are accepted. A panel can include up to 3 presenters, but you must present the complete session and all of the presenters as part of your submission.

Attendee knowledge levels include Introductory, Intermediate, and Advanced.

Submission Requirements

• Presentations cannot promote specific products, services, and/or companies.
• The scope must be of interest to and challenge our professional audience. If your presentation is accepted, a description of the presentation will be included in the conference program and will be posted on the Home Energy Conference website.

Submission Process

Please submit a snapshot of your idea by completing a minimum of questions 1 to 5 below. The deadline for that submission is August, 20 2010. If your session is selected we will request a summary of your session. (250 words max)

We strongly encourage “snapshot submitters” to complete as many of the questions as they can in order to give us a complete picture of what they are thinking. 

Notification of selected sessions will be made the week of September 6, 2010.

Submission Format

Use the outline below to present your session. You can submit multiple sessions, each as a separate document.

1. Presentation Type
   Session with one or two Individuals (90 minutes)
   Session with a Panel (90 minutes with a maximum of 3 presenters)
2. Presenters' contact information: company names and addresses (Please list full names of lead person and all others on the bill as well as their affiliations and company addresses). 
3. Presenter Bios. Please include Bio for each presenter. (Please limit each speaker bio to 200 words). 
4. Title of your workshop or session.
5. Tell us briefly why this session fits the conference focus or a track theme
6. Please describe your session (250 word limit)
7. Describe what you will do to make the session an interactive learning experience?
8. Indicate audience level and tell us why it is at what level
