Mary Downes
Mary Downes is Energy Efficiency Specialist at the NH Office of Energy and Planning where she is managing federal stimulus funds to make energy efficiency improvements to state owned buildings, among other responsibilities. She has been a past NHSEA board member, and organized the first two annual Home Energy Conference as a consultant. Mary is pursuing her Masters' degree in Resource Administration and Management at UNH with a focus on renewable energy and energy efficiency policy options for municipalities. A New Hampshire native, Mary lives in Goffstown with her husband and two children.
